Fellows will gain clinical experience in state-of-the-art minimal-invasive joint preservation and reconstruction techniques in the shoulder, hip, knee, and small joints. Fellows will be responsible for participating in active research, which will be tailored to the experience of each candidate. One day per week will be protected for these research activities. It is expected that the Fellow will participate in weekly conferences, including basic science lectures, Grand Rounds, Journal Club, and Sports Medicine Rounds.
